Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Aeon Essences is happy to exchange any product purchased within 30 days from date of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. All return requests will be refunded with a store credit voucher. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). 

Aeon Essences monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet our requirements. Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges received after 30 days are not allowed. Any exceptions will solely be at our discretion.
